STEP ONE : fill out the inquiry form at the bottom of this page to help us understand your relationship and the vision for your big day then we will reach out to you !

STEP TWO : together we will book a meeting on the phone to discuss more details about your big day and make sure we’re a good fit for each other !

STEP THREE : we will send over your welcome kit, which will include your contract, invoice, 50% deposit payment, questionnaire, and details of what to expect next !

STEP FOUR : now we can book your complimentary engagement session and start getting even more excited for your wedding !!

STEP FIVE : we get on a call together to plan & discuss our shot list, timeline & final details specific to your day and venue location.

STEP SIX : yayy, your big day is finally here !! I will meet you the morning of at your first venue. We will manage all the photography and videography, leaving you to enjoy the day !

We located in Grey Highlands, but have done the majority of our work within Simcoe & Grey County. We love to travel for shoots so don't let your desired location stop you from reaching out!

We are currently booking a year to a year and a half in advance, so the answer is as soon as you can to secure your specific date!

YES ! Every wedding is different and special, so we strive to be accommodating. Let us know what you need to make your vision happen and the budget you want to stay within, and we'll make a package that suits you!

After we've had a meeting about your wedding and have agreed we're a good fit for each other I will send over a contract, invoice and a place to pay your down payment. In order to secure your wedding date you'll have to pay the down payment, so we recommend doing that asap (p.s final payment is due two week before your wedding).

YES ! We highly recommend this as it allows for more candid guest shots, different angles of the ceremony and help with getting all the photos done within the timeline. As much as we wish we could be in every place at once, that's not the case. This helps us capture events that are happening simultaneously ( like the groom and bridal wedding parties getting ready).

For photos we use: Nikon D810(backup), Nikon z7ii(main camera) Lenses: 35ml, 50ml 24-70ml, 85ml, Godox flash and Godox speedlight
For videos we use: Nikon z7ii(main), Nikon z9(Second), Dji mini 4 pro. Lenses: 35ml, 70-200ml. Neewer video lights x2 -
Yes, we offer professional prints, photo albums, and canvases. Some of these are included in the packages (as seen below) but we can chat and add any of these options to your custom package!

YES, LETS DO IT !! Currently all packages include a complimentary 1-2 minute cinematic highlight of the day but for an extra cost we could do a full length video. If you have a different idea we'd love to hear it!

You will be emailed a link when your photos are ready. It will lead to an online gallery where you can access the images and video for download. As well, a USB with all your images on it will be provided.

You will receive a sneak peak in 24-72 hours after your wedding and your online viewing gallery will be up within 6 weeks. Once you pick the images you would like, your edited images and video will be ready within 2 months.

Of course you can! If you want to see some examples close to your wedding day style or venue (potentially I have shot at that exact venue before) let us know and we can share examples of what you would receive after your wedding. I have included a selection of my galleries across my favourite venues and styles for you to get a taste.

Yes , a complimentary engagement session is included in every wedding package! This shoot gives us a chance to meet before your wedding day and get to know one another. I get to see what posing you like and you get to see how I work.

All packages include a 50km travel radius but we're willing to travel to you no matter the distance. Travel cost will be added depending on the location!
This will be .95 cents per km. -
Our payments are done through online invoices which allow you to pay with a bank transfer. If you need another option please let us know in advance. Payment plans are an option as well.

Yes, you'll need to make sure to provide a seat during your reception for your photographer, videographer, and second shooter (if you've booked one as well).

Yes of course! I always make sure to edit the album fully black and white as well.

YES ! Our goal is to bring your vision to life, so don't hold back letting us know what you'd like. We will discuss this a lot and we will ask for a shot list of must haves before the wedding.

Yes, I edit each image individually. I put a lot of time and effort into each session and making sure the images best represent all those involved in them. They are always authentic to the style you fell in love with when you booked with us.

At this time I don't give out RAW files, only high resolution edited JPGs.

YES ALWAYS ! When we get home from your wedding we immediately back all of the images and footage up onto hard drives (two separate backups). Also I use two different memory cards on the day to make sure everything is backed up twice, ensuring everything is safe and secure throughout the process.
