Garden-Stead is an intimate summer photography experience set amongst the garden, wildflowers, chickens and warm light.

Inspired by the beauty of slow country living, these sessions are about capturing your people exactly as they are — barefoot, playful, cuddly and completely themselves.

Come wander through the garden, let the little ones explore, cuddle your babies, pick a few flowers, chase the chickens and simply enjoy time together.

There is no need for perfect posing or perfectly behaved children. Garden-Stead is about the in-between moments — the laughter, the little hands, the cuddles, the chaos and the connection.

The kind of photographs that feel warm and nostalgic now, and become even more meaningful years from now.

 Frequently asked questions

  • Your online viewing gallery will be up within 2 weeks. Once you pic the images you would like your edited images will be ready within 2 weeks.

  • Minis get released 2 - 3 months before the session date, once they're posted you can book by clicking the "book now" button on the mini's page. Sign up for my email list to make sure you don't miss out on the limited mini's spaces.

  • Yes, I edit each image individually. I put a lot of time and effort into each session and making sure the images best represent all those involved in them and are authentic to our style you fell in love with when you booked with us.

  • After you've seleceted a date and time slot you will click through to pay your down payment. In order to secure your time slot and date you'll have to pay the down payment, so we recommend doing that asap (p.s final payment is due the day of your session).

  • All mini's pages will say where they're going to be taking place when we announce the set up for that year. They're almost always within Simcoe County.

  • Our payments are done through the online invoices which allow you to pay with bank transfer. If you need another option please let us know in advance.

  • Yes of course! I always make sure to edit the album fully black and white as well.

  • Yes, we offer professional prints, photo albums, and canvases. Reach out and we can chat about adding any of these options to your mini package! You’re welcome to get prints anywhere you choose, but if you print with us we guarantee the quality.

  • You will be emailed a link when your photos are ready, it will lead to an online gallery where you can access the images and video for download.

  • YES !! We would love to add video to your session , reach out and let us know this is something you are wanting to do and we can work in the extra cost to your custom package.
