FAQs

  • Your online viewing gallery will be up within 2 weeks. Once you pick the images you would like, your edited images will be ready within 2 weeks.

  • To ensure you get dates that suit you the best, or a preferred date, we recommend booking 2 - 3 months in advance.

  • Yes, I edit each image individually. I put a lot of time and effort into each session and making sure the images best represent all those involved in them. They are always authentic to the style you fell in love with when you booked with us.

  • After we've agreed on a date and time I will send over an invoice and a place to pay your down payment. In order to secure your session and date you'll have to pay the 50% non-refundable down payment, so we recommend doing that asap (p.s final payment is due the day of your session).

  • All packages include up to 50kms of travel. We’re happy to travel beyond this range, additional travel fees may apply depending on location.
    We’re located in Grey Highlands and primarily serve Grey & Simcoe County.

  • We currently live in Grey Highlands, but have done the majority of our work within Simcoe & Grey County. We love to travel for shoots so don't let your desired location stop you from reaching out!

  • Our payments are done through online invoices which allow you to pay with a bank transfer. If you need another option please let us know in advance.

  • Yes of course! I always make sure to edit the album fully black and white as well.

  • Yes, we offer professional prints, photo albums, and canvases. These options would be an extra cost and can be ordered at any time! You’re welcome to get prints at a choice of your own, but if you print with us we can guarantee quality.

  • YES !! We would love to add videography to your session. Let us know this is something you are wanting to do in your inquiry form and we can work in the extra cost to your custom package.

  • You will be emailed a link when your photos are ready, it will lead to an online gallery where you can access the images and video for download.
